Throughout his 25 year career history, Anthony has specialized in feasibility studies, financial planning, funding, property sourcing, evaluation and acquisition, hotel and resort design, cash-flow management, the perfect range of expertise to call upon when approached by hotel & resort owners who are in need of practical and bespoke solutions to help them realize their dreams and aspirations. Having worked within large international and Thai companies, based both overseas and in Thailand itself for many years, Anthony has attained a highly credible reputation in the business community in regards to his in depth knowledge base of the working cultures of both, a crucial ingredient for truly international successes.
Having been based in Thailand for 27 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge in the field of Hospitality Business to the Bespoke Hospitality Management Company. His past positions included Director Development Thailand, Vietnam & Philippines for Premier Inn, UK’s largest Hotel Company; Executive Vice President for Destination Resorts, a Hotel Investment company owning a number of international branded hotels including two well-known international restaurant chains.
His experience in Business Development and Asset Management will be key to a successful implementation of BHMA plans to grow its portfolio internationally and drive the company to greater recognition.
Frederic has extensive experience in hospitality in Thailand and Europe. He has been resided in Thailand since 2004 and started his hospitality career with the Accor Group in Bangkok. From Luxury Sofitel, to the development of Ibis budget brand, with the ERAWAN Group, Frederic has been working in several locations, running various department from accounting to food & beverage until his last posting with Accor as the General Manager for the pre and post-opening of a 260-room hotel in Phuket. Since joining BHMAsia in 2012, Frederic has developed the company portfolio from being a Thai based Boutique operator with 6 Resorts, to become a regional operator with a current portfolio & pipeline of over 50 properties in Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia & Australia.
Communications Professional joins the BHMA team to support the Companies ever growing portfolio of properties and Lifestyle brand extensions. She brings over 14 years of expertise and hands-on experience in the advertising branding and marketing sectors, having represented and guided iconic brands within the hospitality sector and various other industries nationally throughout her career. Through her experience she has developed a deep understanding of brand value and is an advocate of new mediums and strategies both on-line and off-line within the marketing sector.
Throughout her career Panida has developed an extensive experience in the field of human resources and corporate affairs working for both international and Thai businesses. While specializing in human resource Panida also ensures the smooth running of the companies legal and insurance matters. Both purchasing and procurement fall under the corporate affairs umbrella. Before joining BHMAsia, Panida focused on Human Resources at Land Rover within the Automotive industry.
Alexander has almost 20 years experience in the hotel industry in America, UK and Thailand. Having worked in various management positions for well-known hotel chains such as Accor Hotels and Amari Hotels & Resorts, Alexander has expert know-how in all aspects of hotel operations combined with cultural understanding and sensitivity after living in Thailand for 10 years.
With his understanding for mid- to large-sized hotels, he is now heading the Operations Team and in charge of all operations of the growing portfolio of properties managed by BHMAsia.
Supakit has over 10 years of hospitality management business experience at nearly all levels, from Sales & Marketing, Revenue and Rooms Division to managing the overall operations as a Resort Manager at BHMA’s very first resort, X2 Kui Buri, making sure the signature X2 resorts runs seamlessly.
His roles now are handling daily operations support for all BHMA’s properties and direct supervisions of all GMs, Hotel Managers and Villa Managers. As well as, a regular site visit to maintain the high standard hospitality services and managements of operating properties and preparations for pre-openings of pipeline projects.
A hands-on culturally sensitive General Manager with over 23 years international experience covering the Middle East, South East & North East Asia, India and the South Pacific. Within South East Asia, Simon has worked in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang) Thailand and Indonesia. He is experienced in Midscale and Upscale Hotel segments, including 5 star city centre business and leisure properties, resorts and airport hotel operations. He has successfully opened and managed the pre-opening for Large scale International Hotel Brands, such as Accor. Succesfully rebranded, refurbished and launched numerous Hotels under various banners. Simon’s experience has been won through the ranks of Hospitality and has served as a Resident and General Manager, he now takes the helm to steer BHMAsia’s Vietnam Operations.
With 13 years experience in detailed architectural and urban design and 9 years experience in project management, Lam worked on a broad variety of projects costing in excess of $ 50 Million. He is well trained in project scheduling, cost controlling and quality management and has a wide understanding of planning and construction standards as well as regulations working in Vietnam, United Kingdom, China and Germany.
Lam is based in our country office in Ho Chi Minh City and, as Director of Technical Services, overseeing of all technical service requirements for the group’s new properties.
With over 12 years of experience in Corporate Sales in hotel industry, Kitisak brings his expertise in hotel sales and operations to oversee BHMAsia’s business development in the position of Director of Business Development. Prior to joining BHMAsia, he used to work for Bangkok Marriott Resort and Spa, The Shangri La Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hua Hin and Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn with outstanding success in maximizing company revenue and client satisfaction.
With 15 year experience in the hotel & tourism industry, working for international hotel chains such as Accor, Dusit, Best Western and Millennium group, Luckrada is an expert for Sales in Marketing. She is in charge of the Sales department at BHMAsia and is managing the wholesale overseas, local and MICE segment as a cluster. She manages the team ensuring and driving results for all properties, to maximize revenue through utilization of various strategies.
Nath has over 18 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance field in the Hospitality industry. Before joining BHMAsia in the role as Financial Controller, he worked for international hotel chains such as Starwood, Dusit Thani and Accor. He now controls the finance function of the group instituting best practices, making sure that BHMAsia’s matches to the best international accounting standards.
