Operations Coordinator

Location :

Bangkok Corporate Office in Soi Sukhumvit 13

Qualifications :

  • Male or female, age 25 -35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  • At least 2 year in the hospitality industry is required
  • 1 year experience as sales coordinator, administrative officer, or secretary is a plus
  • Excellent command of English both of written and spoken.
  • Solid proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
  • Having ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
  • Having good understanding of hotel operations and processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Support Director of Operations & VP Operations with the administrative task within the department
  • Coordinate & organize periodic meetings with the hotels
  • Review hotels & resorts reports & presentations
  • Prepare presentation for the DOO & VPO
  • Audit & setup reporting templates
  • Coordinate the implementation of system set at the HO level to the properties
  • Assist the team all area of the operation
  • Liaise with the property within the portfolio
  • Attends periodic meetings and prepares minutes of meetings
  • Attends owner meetings and pre-opening meetings
  • Assisting Operations team and internal department as assigned.
