- Male or female, age 25 -35 years old.
- Bachelor Degree in any related field.
- At least 2 year in the hospitality industry is required
- 1 year experience as sales coordinator, administrative officer, or secretary is a plus
- Excellent command of English both of written and spoken.
- Solid proficiency in data entry and computer skills.
- Having ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Having good understanding of hotel operations and processes.
- Support Director of Operations & VP Operations with the administrative task within the department
- Coordinate & organize periodic meetings with the hotels
- Review hotels & resorts reports & presentations
- Prepare presentation for the DOO & VPO
- Audit & setup reporting templates
- Coordinate the implementation of system set at the HO level to the properties
- Assist the team all area of the operation
- Liaise with the property within the portfolio
- Attends periodic meetings and prepares minutes of meetings
- Attends owner meetings and pre-opening meetings
- Assisting Operations team and internal department as assigned.
