Revenue Manager

Location :

Base at Corporate Office in Soi Sukhumvit 13

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate closely with Revenue Director to execute hotel revenue
  • Responsible for Revenue Management and Distribution for all BHMAsia properties.
  • Drive market share and revenue performance through proper pricing and mix management
  • Develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribute channels
  • Provide guidance on corporate transient negotiated pricing, online pricing as well as group pricing
  • Ensure effective pricing strategies are in place that reflects asset strength relative to the competition in each market
  • Effectively manage inventory and pricing strategy in all distribution channels including Branded Web, 3rd party sites, central reservation office (CRO)
  • Focus on lowering distribution costs and driving room nights to branded website
  • Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance
  • Compile weekly performance report on a weekly basis to analyze key drivers to market share performance and understand overall effectiveness of strategies
  • Responsible for effective implementation and compliance with company revenue management standard
  • Complete understanding and affective execution of current and new RM tools
  • Ensure Best Rate Guarantee Compliance
  • Clearly communicate to company team strategic vision and objectives on how to drive revenues and improve performance 
  • Ensure team members understand the concept of revenue management and the role of the RM
  • Provide company team with regular updates on company performance to include market share, market segment, channel metrics etc.
  • Contribute and provide Revenue Management Strategic Vision during all Strategic Sales Meetings and Corporate Property Reviews and/or Revenue Management Meetings
  • Make sure accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis submitted by Property Managers
  • Validate competitor set RevPar forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning
  • Develop and update Strategic Sales Plan with corporate sales, e-commerce manager, and director of revenue

Qualifications:

  • Position Open to Thai and Expats
  • Required a minimum of 2 years of Revenue Manager or related discipline experience, additional hotel management experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Effective time management skills, people skills & communications skills
  • Excellent command of English both written and spoken
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, detail oriented and accurate in work.
  • Enthusiastic, able to motivate, efficient and effective work practices
  • Microsoft Office software applications. I.e. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Ability to learn new technologies easily
  • Confidence and ability to work under pressure
  • Organizational and Time Management skills
